Kydor is due its first launch!
This Saturday the mod will be open to the public for one night only. Everyone is invited,and encouraged to come along for the night.
There will be at least one dm present all night, answering questions, and a sexy guided tour will be taking place.
Introductions to the land, its history, and present troubles will be discussed, leaving you with an idea where your future character will fit into the world of Kydor!
The details (especially the time,which is yet to be decided) may change between now and the set date (Saturday, the 19th) so watch this space!

so it will only be open to look around? Its not officially open by the means of creating characters and start playing?

Yeah, i will be happening for two reasons. The first will be so that we can actually sit and talk with those interested in playing. Give you a chance to find out about the world, ask about your characters your plans etc. So if you want to make a mercenary you can discuss with us how you could go about it. The second , and perhaps most important... Is to get a realistic idea of how far we are, and what has left to be done, Get feedback on what we have allready, and what you as players think needs to be done before you can all 'play'. With that in mind we will set about preparing it to the point discussed then we will launch. The final reason. Is to inspire my 'other' Let him see how close we are, get inspired to finish the d**n thing. if this open day (night) is a faliour, the mod will probably never happen  Feel free to ask questions. -Teh Mastah |

other reasons for this are: lag tests, stress test, general server tests.. etc. we need to know if our areas (which are quite detailed) can handle people playing in them without crazy lag, xp tests, Loot tests (if we have implimented any by that time) and so on and so forth. But the event will only be as good as the people who turn up make it. Ask questions, find out more make points, raise objections etc. With a bit of luck there should be more people ariving than just the little astoria krew. So you might get to meet new people too yay! This will be pretty daunting for me, asking craploads of people to come on and be expected to occupy you for an hour or more... So make it easy on me and start thinking about stuff youd like to ask or know about. If people turn up and stand around not rly talking... im not gonna be able to say much and i'll look like an idiot  So jim. Have you talked to nige about it? Need to know teh Gwan. -Teh Mastah |

Okay its Sat, and the Open day, which is more likely to be Open Night, will be happening if all goes well.
Time is as yet, not set, but i imagine anytime after 8...
i'll try to post again when i know more.
Its all a bit short notice but what ya gonna do?

Okey dokey. tonights game isnt hosted on the London super server, but will be on a good solid connection for the night. no time is set yet Still trying to figure out.. i think about 9.
The connection is no longer in use- and i'll post the password here 10 minutes before we are ready. stay tuned.
